Giving the importance to public speaking, is not surprising that it has been taught for thousands of years all over the world because people have used it as a vital mean of communication, what the greek leader said more than 2 thousands years ago is still true today " the one who forms a jugment on any point but cannot explain it clearly it might as will never have taught at all on the subjects".
